how to destroy a golden boy
or do I mean a goose
that lays a golden toy
in the bosom of the earth
or in the boding sea where forests
forty metres deep once
swayed off this south
east coast now its glazed grey
slick weighs down
dream pavements stripped
of life save alien urchins
their poison spines articulate
